MARPE or MSE?

My maxilla is moderately recessed and it disgusts me, prolly my biggest flaw so i was wondering if MARPE or MSE could save me. I'm 16 so i know my bones are prolly pretty old but i go to an ortho for braces so maybe i can ask them? Pics below

Its based on your sutures prob since ur 16 you will be a candidate for rpe if u ask ur ortho.

okay, my palate is kinda small but not that made but i think im more recessed
