Men GROSSLY overestimate their intelligence, women don't

The present study explored personality factors that might explain this. Participants (N = 228; 103 male, 125 female) provided self-estimates of their general IQ and for Gardner’s multiple intelligences, before completing the Cattell Culture Fair IQ test as an objective measure of intelligence.
The results showed biological sex remained the strongest factor: males rated their intelligence as higher than females. However, psychological gender was also a very strong predictor, with highly masculine subjects rating their intelligence higher (importantly, there was no association with femininity).

the concept of culture fairness makes no sense when applied to africa and other heavily underdeveloped parts of the world. not even a racebaiting jab, it's a fact that african countries haven't even developed 90% of the institutional framework the west has, and it would be even worse without the post-colonial assistance of the west in raising the standard there

there's no "culture" in africa you can compare to cultures of canada or slovakia, for example. that's been changing recently, but still not enough for tests given to congoans and eritreans to provide meaningful data.
