Researchers have looked at the link between diet and erection length, and found that men who eat more red meat have shorter erections
it’s a food that many men regularly indulge in, but if you eat red meat you could be affecting your performance in the bedroom , according to a new study.
As part of the new Netflix documentary ‘The Game Changers’, researchers have looked at the link between diet and erection length, and found that men who eat more red meat have shorter erections.
Dr Aaron Spitz, former lead delegate at the American Urological Association, said: “When I think of a manly man, I think of someone who has strength, endurance, sexual prowess and fertility.
“What the scientific studies are showing, is that the more meat men eat, the more quickly they lose their…manly manhood.”
In the study, the researchers asked three college athletes to wear penis rings in bed for two nights, to track their erections.
On the first night, the participants ate a meat burrito, while on the second night, they ate a vegan alternative.
An analysis of the data from the penis rings revealed that the men’s erections lasted longer when they ate a vegan burrito.
The reason for this link remains unclear, and with a sample size of just three, larger studies are needed to verify the findings.
