can't. you need rhino tho your nose width is making your icd look worse and your nose to mouth width is close to 1:1

Mewing is just a normal tongue posture , ur not gonna look like salludon even after years of hardmewing till it burns , majority of mewing transformation are lies and most of them got implants/ fillers. Trim ur eyebrows to make them look further away so that ur close set eyes wont be that noticable

You need to get an expander as well as doing cfr

u gotta be doing it a lot,a palate expander works through the same idea but its 24/7 pressure, a few mins of thumbpulling a day is like a drop in the ocean of that
