Microcurrent causes facial fat loss

As someone with a sub-10 body fat percentage, PM if you doubt, but still somewhat puffy/round cheeks I want to get my face leaner. Lotta people online talking about micro current + red light wands causing fat loss in their face. It's mostly women who are concerned about it but I feel like this is a solid way to get more defined cheeks. What do you guys think?

yeah but the pads are kind of an ass to use. I like this method more with the oiled up metal rods

this is the malaris muscle? how would that increase pct if anything it would decrease it bc it would make the lateral canthus droopier (if fat is lost there) no?

This person lifted their hyoid from it. If u use it in certain areas where you don’t want face fat like hyoid the fat loss wouldn’t be a problem
