All these factors I'm going to list come together and contribute to our whole generation's drastically declining health and testosterone levels.
At the same time it is a chance for you, me and whoever reads this right now, and easier than ever to have the edge over others by actively making the right decisions.
I may have forgotten some other major factors, that you can then add in the comments, but each one of these is highly detrimental for your looks, physical and mental health.
■ Sedentary Lifestyle, being inside too much, too little Sunlight
-> Use a uvb lamp or/and red light in winter and don't be a rotter.
■ Porn+Masturbation
-> Cut it out completely or only in moderation.
■ Low Quality Food and Water
-> Buy high quality food and water, or make a water filter. You are what you eat.
■ Video Games, Internet, Social Media
-> Reduce them to a minimum. Use it as a source of inspiration, new information and some entertainment after a long day.
■ Lack of Purpose
-> You have to have a vision, something that keeps you going every single day. For me personally it's becoming my own best, most chad version possible, and the best in everything I set my mind to.
■ Being raised like a Cuck (school system, no strong father figures)
-> Since you are here you already have a blackpilled worldview ingrained, and not the mindset of a cuck. Do what's right and not what's easy.
■ Xenoestrogens/Anti-androgens everywhere
-> Cut them out as much as possible. There are several threads about this topic here.
Don't go the comfortable route in life guys. Embrace the suffering, the hardships and failures. Make it as a part of who you are. Everyone has his own demons to fight, and for some humans they are bigger than others, but we are all capable of more than we think.
