for appeal yeah it could go that way, some people have more appeal than others while having less (or more) PSL.

Chico > drago, drago is 7.75 psl, chico is 7 psl.

for PSL it's a number's game and your face has a fixed PSL number, either you're equal-mog-lesser PSL.
