Mouth widening for better philtrum?

As u know I destroyed my philtrum with filler migration or putting a clothespin on it to stretch my nasolabial folds
Now my philtrum is bigger than before
If I smile it looks fine
Should I just do mouth widening instead of minox for beard / lip lift?
Can I naturally widen my mouth?
