Like Travis Bickle incel facing the usual social problems, neglecting family, getting loans, goes broke, gets fucked in the ass only to afford lefort 3, ignoring his mental ilness etc, ends up killing himself or dying in surgery type of stuff

Well, Vanilla Sky is partly about looks and what happens when you lose them, but that's not what the movie is about or its build around it.

But there is one scene where Tom Cruise is sitting at the plastic surgeons round table after his face is disfigured and he wants Lefort III from them, and he actually mentions Lefort III by the name
