Mtn when jutting, ltn when resting (pictures included)

So ive been permajutting for about one and a half years to cope with my recessed mandible
I wanted to know which surgeries/orthodontics would replicate the permajut look.
I just turned 17 so only 1 year until i can do surgery.
Would genio be enough or do i need bsso/bimax.
Clearly you can see the difference between my resting face and when i jut.
I think the rest of my features are mid but dont ruin my face, mainly just my lower third im concerned about.
But feel free to point out other failos.
Im also pretty sure i have a slight overbite and deepbite, though im going to a dentist soon to get it checked.

Or do u still have to make an effort sometimes?

Pretty much on auto
I do it for the majority of the day, even when im alone. And yea im pretty boneless sadly

Did it mess up ur bite or change anything in your face? Or do u still look the same way without jutting

Well as jutting is temporary, i still look the same way as before when im not jutting. Didnt mess up my bite, still the same

Fine most of the time, though i have noticed my joints begin to ache if i jut for several hours nonstop
