Yes because the blue stadiometer has a 2.5 mm error and he really is 5ft 8.25 on average in the middle of the day, watch him using the white stadiometer and here Eisenberg is estimated to be 5ft 7.25. he only gets 5'8.5 too hours out of bed which he can't maintain at conventions like these.

The camera advantage looks negligible and the difference is actually 0.75 inch because Jesse has ¼ inch footwear advantage so it could actually look greater normally but even if being conservative and neutralize for camera angle this is still almost what an inch looks like accurately
