The muscles are neck, traps, forearms, calves and abs.

Best exercises are:

Neck: Neck curls and extensions.
Traps, forearms and calves: Farmer's walk, but on your tiptoes. The deadlifting part isn't really necessary, but you can do it if you want.
Abs: Bicycle crunches.

Is it really a good idea to train neck everyday? You only have one.

I wouldn't train any muscle weightlifting every day. Major ones just twice a week and calves and stomach 3 times a week. My gains increased when I backed off on the days.

Doing these everyday is not a good idea if you train with any intensity as it'll cause a build up of fatigue in the neck muscles and cause inflammation in the cervical discs
Farmer's walk, but on your tiptoes.
Well that's a fucking waste of time as your muscles won't be anywhere near as taxed as your cns because the limiting factor is balance
The deadlifting part isn't really necessary, but you can do it if you want.
Although not given as explicit advice this would be a shit idea
Abs: Bicycle crunches.
A better exercise would be a few sets of putting the fork down because bicycle crunches will do fuck all in giving you abs

The muscles are neck, traps, forearms, calves and abs.
The reason you can train this muscles everyday is because they are slow twitch dominant, these fibers take way less time to recover than fast twitch muscle fibers.

neck, traps, forearms, calves and abs are muscles used for stabilize, neck stabilizes head,, forearms for griping, abs to stabilize the torso, calves stabilize when standing, the muscles you use for producting force, quads, lats, chest... are fast twitch dominant and take longer to recover.

and dont forget the side portion of the delts can also be trained everyday

You don't have time to train all this muscles everyday and keep up with the rest of the workouts. Just do a regular frequency 2, and if you really want to grow something maybe try with freq 3.
