My ADHD is so bad

I can't focus more than 15 minutes without getting distracted by random things and I always forget stuff mid study.
Tomorrow I will go to a doctor for it and hopefully I will get a adderall script since it is pretty easy to get it in the US.

Isn't that normal? I don't think you have adhd, its normal not being able to focus on things especially if they're new and stuff you couldn't care less learning, now everyone can start out the nowhere doing 1+ hours sessions of deep focus
