I’m ~6’1 (like 184cm idk euro measurements) and 147lbs (like 66.6kg)

I’ve worked out here and there but not more than 4 months worth. Is my FRAME (not muscle mass) above average/good to get wide shoulders and big upper body?

ty, retarded question: will the amount of muscle i put on from working out by different (less) if i didn’t eat a big surplus in calories. bc i don’t really eat a lot (like above 3k cals a day). like would i get more bang for my buck muscle wise if i ate more?

It's probably best to eat at about 250-500kcal surplus. Someone would probably tell you to bulk, but that just gives you fat you'll have to lose sometime. I strongly recommend to keep a diary of hm kcals you roughly eat, also marking your progress in gym is good idea in the same diary.
With insane amount of work you could look rather muscular and quite close to that body in about 5 years, but the dude in the pic is roided, so you'll never look exactly like him. Atleast without roids.
Nattymax is something like this, and it will take tons of hard labour.

okay, well i probably eat around 2-2.3k cals a day tbh. i don’t wanna bulk (for now) because i wanna stay lean and just pack as much muscle on myself as i can. i’ve heard just 10-15lbs of muscle is a huge difference. my end goal is ~180.

largest bidelt in a study of marines was around 23" so don't expect anything more than 21.5/22 natty, which is still huge compared to the average of just above 18 and will stand out without a doubt

You dont need to worry about your face being bloated as long as you dont overeat, even if you do, I doubt you will that bloated. You can consider sarms if you want.

your muscle insertions are pretty decent if not good. You have better muscle insertions then titbot for sure, titbot morphs his gym selfies so i dont know why he makes fun of ppl for having no muscle when he literally morphs himself muscle.

i think i have pretty good muscle inserts tbh. and yeah i used the gf pic bc it emphasizes my frame against another person. and i screenshotted that from a vid so the quality is fucked up.

be happy that you are tall bro, you can get muscular easy with training, nutrition and maybe roids (for instance). But if you are muscular like me but not tall, you cant get tall easily..
