My circadian rhythm is beyond fucked up

My biological clock sleep time is from objective society 7am-2/3pm. I am most wide awake from 4pm-6am too. Honestly, I don't get it how other find sunlight stimulating that shit drain me and make me fall asleep almost instantly I do much better in cold dark environment. The so called Seasonal affective disorder apply to normies only during Winter and get better in Summer, whereas I am the opposite as Winter is the only time I feel like a human.

I don't have gynomastia. I have V-taper physique broad shoulder and narrow waist despite never hitting gym.

Maybe DSPD or Narcolepsy?

never, and I mean NEVER get tested for mental illnesses
 
same even when I ''fix'' it something happens like I get a headache or random pain and can't fall asleep then it's back to being a night owl, when I sleep at night I keep waking up and tossing but during the day I sleep very deep and for longer

Check your core body temperature, ideal with CORE greenteg. My biological rhythm is delayed by 8hours! compared to normal subjects.
