My biological clock sleep time is from objective society 7am-2/3pm. I am most wide awake from 4pm-6am too. Honestly, I don't get it how other find sunlight stimulating that shit drain me and make me fall asleep almost instantly I do much better in cold dark environment. The so called Seasonal affective disorder apply to normies only during Winter and get better in Summer, whereas I am the opposite as Winter is the only time I feel like a human.
