My father is an abosolute retard
He never trained anything in his life but won’t sign the permission so I can go to the gym bc of the „reasons” it either „first mind training then body training” or „something gonna happen to me” like bro don’t tell me what’s good for my body when you never take care of yours.
He also is drinking coke EVERYDAY for the past 16 YEARS 5 843 days btw but wont let me hop on a cut.
He doesn’t let me take ashwaganda but he was smoking ALSO SMOKING FOR THE PAST 16 years.
He is also a genuinely a terrible father because I wanna kill my self bc of him but it’s a topic for another thread
