I think the first surgery I will get is a lip reduction.

I've had many girls say this when rating me: "He's alright, but he has Jay-Z lips"

So I think lips are one of my biggest failos. So will start with that.

I am planning to go to Turkey to get them done since it will be much cheaper. Anything I should know about flying abroad? It will be my first time flying out and going to another country.

lip reduction can be a great surgery.

what are your teeth looking like? big lips could also be caused through outward-angled convex teeth. Seen people ascend greatly with braces that tilted their teeth inwards and thus allowed for the lip tissue to rest deeper inside the mouth and thus reduce their visible size

Yes. I had big lips + outward flaring teeth. So it was a terrible double whammy.

I've been on braces for a while now and now my teeth are straight and don't flare out.

I could be wrong but I think my lips still stick out as if my teeth were still flared out...

Edit-Maybe it's still sticking out because of the braces?

the are usually resting on the most out-ward point, so either your frontal teeth or in your case probably the braces. Once you get them removed they'll slowly move inwards to rest on your teeth again and will be smaller in size as a result of it

Ngl for a delicate surgery like this I'd prefer to have it done in the UK, there's regulations and rules and if it goes wrong you can maybe take legal action. Doing it abroad is cheaper but more risky if you get what I mean.

My top lip is assymetrical, on one side its really big and puffy and less so on the other side. It's really noticeable on camera. I had perfect thin lips until I got braces, and they fucked up my lips because they pushed against them for like 3 years
