apparently, he's doing everything right and hitting the gym 3 times a week, but still not getting results.
why is that? is it still too early?

2 months is way too early jfl, it takes like a year of natty lifting to see big results

sorry >.< i think its diet. you are 17 iirc you must live with your parents and most parents dont cook .6g/lb protein

I don't think I would go back to gyming 3-5 times a week without hopping on a roid cycle tbh. Maybe in my 30's.

I started seeing results in my eyes after like 2 weeks and my lifts were shooting up like crazy and I was gaining weight.


After two months one of my foid coworkers noticed I have been lifting. You won't look impressive at all after two months but you should be noticably more muscular to people who see you a lot.


Also I have 6 inch wrists so my genetics are probably below average. I call bullshit on the "doing everything right" part.
