Not a good sign. i had this same and i had to take some tuff medicines but that happened 10 years ago

its cause whenever i sneeze im retarded so i hold my nose so i dont get any snot or make any sound

and then the pressure builds up above my sinuses and one time the pressure came out and it sounded like a long fart but felt so good yet hurt so much
