I require glasses but did not wear them for half a decade
I bought some recently and when I put them on and look in the mirror I noticed my perception of my jaw shape instantly changed, like I could see the depth better causing it to look more 3D like and a bit more defined than I was used to seeing, all in all it looked better than I was used to seeing.
It took me some time to register that this is how my jaw actually appears and that what I was seeing without my glasses was a distorted view because I was so used to seeing distorted view so my brain registered that as real, I was assuming that my jaw looked different with my glasses on because the glasses frames were causing the illusion of my face shape changing slightly jfl
