When I was younger she said that she wanted to get me checked for autism and other cognitive conditions and she said she thought I wasn’t normal, but my dad was against it because he wanted me to live as normal person. My mom always treated me different she gave me points for when I socialized at school, so I just lied to get points. My dad also always got mad at me a lot, saying “what is wrong with you” and saying that I need to be normal because he’s concerned about my behavior and how I was selfish, rude, and antisocial.

I had a similar situation to you, and I've also gotten the "I'm selfish" talk from my dad.

I'm confused, what was wrong with your parents, why they were convinced you were weird?

That’s what I think, but my mom doesn’t know shit about me. She saw me failing to socialize and not paying attention to other’s feeling and assumed it was because I didn’t understand “social cues”. I tried to explain to her that I’m not autistic (maybe very slightly but not near true autism)

Just tell her you think the others are simply morons and you have nothing to discuss with them...

I've always had very few friends(now I have none)

But my parents always told me that I just needed to improve my social skills, in 17 years I've never succeded.

Crazy how life changes past highschool.
At least you were forced to socialise in highschool cause there was a community.
