I started hitting the gym in August of last year, so about 11 months ago. I was 18 years old (19 now).
Was 180 pounds, skinny fat. First bulked up to about 210, then recently did my cut and I’m down to about 188. Still want to make a lot of improvements but I’m really happy with what I have achieved so far and I want to continue to see progress
Height is 6’4” and change
Any advice? Bodyfat estimation? Places to work on? Strengths, weaknesses, etc?
