My palate is narrow asf pls help😔😕

My palate is extremely narrow my smile sucks my whole life , sleep apnea....

My palate teeth looks like this nga

I want fix it through mse/sarpe/marpe/fme

I need around 10mm+ expansion at least

I'm 20 but currently wearing braces because none in my country offers any device of this

Does anyone know someone in Europe that offers a device like this but cheap?

I mean around 2k-5k?

I asked Giant about custom marpe ir surgical device but he told me it cost 10k and i don't have them now also I'd rather get bimax or fillers again than spending 10k on marpe

Does anyone know anyone

Literally my country doesn't offer to anyone even surgical expansion for free only private but it'll cost 15k+

If you know someone or give some names of docs for good and cheap devices

Idk about surgeries but one of my friends who had a very narrow palate and overbite went to a high end clinic and the doctors there have him something called the herbst appliance. Idk what that is but it significantly widened his palate
