Apartment:
400 a month 1 bedroom
Car:
90 a month shitty truck. (Less if its a non truck but i like trucks) -- Once fully paid off i can remove this
Energy Efficient Supplies:
Solar Panels (can save 115 per month jfl), Smart power strip (save 20-40% of power JFL), non electricity lights (solar power or battery power), solar powered fridges/microwaves/cost efficient fridges/microwaves, solar powered car fans, solar powered phone chargers, solar powered backpacks, random solar powered shit i can find on amazon jfl
Electricity:
117 but can be drastically lowered Lol
Wifi:
25 a month. Could be lower, but im not tryna get no african starving child wifi. I will also get solar powered wifi to save even more JFL
Water:
solar powered water JFL JK. will be like 14 a month. But ill use smart faucets and electric/solar powered water heaters JFL. Also if i find other solar powered shit ill add that
Insurance:
Car Insurance - 100 a month
Health Insurance - 10-40 a month plans exist where i live JFLLL

Gas:
120 per month calculated by AI. However I will buy a electric bike to get to work and other medium distance places. so this would be much lower (like 50-90 a month)

TOTAL SAVED
Adding this up even if i disregard how much i save and assume i save 0 from shit like solar energy. I will only be spending 855 a Month JFLLLLL Average american spends 6,000 a month LOLLLL. This is less than some peoples apartments alone. Oh MY GOD IM A GENIUS

Cost of food?

Also, where do you live that health insurance is only 10-40 and an apartment only costs 400? Maybe if you rent a room with others.

And you're underestimating the costs of solar, it's very expensive and idk how you're going to integrate that in an apartment with a landlord. I know there are little solar appliances for microwaves and stuff but to cover your fridge and shit adds up.

overland park.

Also solar is pretty easy to get. you can buy cheap solar equipment for under 300 dollars on amazon. Also landlords dont care if you have solar panels on patio

Eh you'll find your expenses will be more than you anticipated most of the time + random shit will come up but overall a good saving plan

yeah i already know but then i can just work extra. The plan i have is to work 5 hours a week and my job pays 20 a hour (could get raises cuz im good looking, tall, athletic/fit, and hard working). Continuing this plan would give me enough to mortgage-buy a house in 3-6 years Even accounting for income tax) If something comes up just work on weekeneds or get my girlfriend whos also workjing to help me out

Stop saving money like a faggot and focus your energy on making more

or just do both. U do realize even if u make lots of money ur still going to be cucked by income tax, and average household expenses. With this method id be saving 60,000 per year (more if you factor in the solar power and gas saving methods). Making money isnt a issue, its actually getting profit from it. It doesnt matter if u make 70k a year if all of that goes into living expenses and income tax

jfl saving money, way to stay poor
