if i understand it correctly they go by the definition of hooding which just means that the upper eyelid is covered - doesnt matter how its covered as long as its not visible

Covering is the thin layer of skin that cover the inner canthus
They upper eyelid is not overed
Its just that their faces are so flat you dont notice

While hooding is bones and fat that go above eyes

however i might depend from person to person, we know that women prefer a a good mixture of female and masculine features in a male face, that might explain why cavhill eye area is rated so highly. if we just look at it alone it looks a bit like a puppy but together with his masculine jaw it works

They are deep + light + huge brow bridge
Non hunter eye doesnt mean its bad
He just lack eyebrows/lashes
