No but i will try to reduce e2 i already take zinc everyday which reduce e2 but need to get my hormones checked

nolvadex and arimidex shrinks it but it will again come back unless i fix the cause of the issue

take zinc at evening
also take magnesium and vit d + k2

u can also experiment with tongkat ali
