FREE TESTOSTERONE
RESULT: 11,522 ng/dL Reference value: Men:17 to 40 years: 3,400 to 24,600 ng/dL
41 to 60 years: 1,670 to 18,300 ng/dL
61 to 90 years: 1,860 to 19,000 ng/dL

Its confirmed what I was expecting I'm low t, otherwise roids, what I can do increase my t levels?

My status : 24 yo, 19%bf, 88 kgs, 6'2 height

I hit the gym 6 days per week, so I dont know what do tbh

if you're fat drop bodyfat immediatly
also you probably have some deficiency in either vit D, Zinc, Magnesium,
you can take k2 although it's effect on T have only been proven with rats as far as I know
but your T levels arent that bad tbh

I have a good diet, count my calories on myfitness pal, so I dont know
It's a different type of diet. You've never been on something like it

I think fapping to much destroyed my t levels ngl

Do a test for mineral deficiency, vitamin deficiency and thyroid hormones first. If all those are good, then im sorry but the only solution after is starting trt, which isn't bad jfl it will change you for the better

answer honestly:

have you drank at least 2 liters of water everyday for the last months? (all body processes require water, muscle is 70% water)
have you slept on average at least 7 hours for the last months? (sleep is the best natural hormone booster)
did you go outside for at least an hour for the last months? (vitamin D from sunlight, very important)

get high T by checking all of these requirements and then you can build muscle. not checking those = low T = no muscle however you train.

I hope it's just mineral deficit, because if I'm going to start a trt cycle I'm fucked, I'll probably go bald

Jfl it more likely could be a thyroid problem. Basically do a mineral, vitamin, and thyroid test first. If everything is ok then nothing will help you except sleep cause by your posts you say you already eat well sleep and workout

no sleep makes you irritable like a foid, which definitely lowers T
also no idea how much time you stay in the sun by going to the gym, but the more of it the better, also the higher the T

fix those basic requirements before getting into complicated stuff

Take Vit D3 / Ashwaganda / Tongkat Ali
Have at least 7 days of semen in your system

You could also be over training or not recovering properly

Your body will tell you if you need water lol, 2 litters is a meme, drink water when you feel thirsty

ability to grow beard has nothing to do with testosterone levels, it has to do with dht levels. the higher your dht levels, the stronger your ability to grow a full beard

ability to grow beard has nothing to do with testosterone levels, it has to do with dht levels. the higher your dht levels, the stronger your ability to grow a full beard
Probably my dht levels are dogshit too

I have 850 completely natural, I don't workout but eat lots of animal products. Eggs, fat, dairy, meat.

Oh and t means nothing, I am still high inhib and frustrated.

That's the intention, if I go to a doctor I doubt they will say that my testosterone is low, they will say that everything is normal and that there is nothing to worry about :sleep:

175 jfl at those fucking cunts, 300 should be the minimum, and if some changes the doctor tells you don't help out then he should prescribe you TRT. 500 and up is fine

Eu falei pra vc que eu estava com sintomas de testo baixa, eu vou suplementar uns dois meses vitamina d3+magnesio+zinco e fazer outro teste, se não melhorar, aí sim vou pros roids.
Espero não precisar usar ngl

my libido is shit ngl, but my mood is usually quite monotonous and lazy, not a larp if i find my blood test results ill post a picture, my tsh levels were 2.0 if that has any influence

I don't know maybe it could be an error in the exam, and you don't have that high testosterone, I don't know
