+ Daily intake less than 10g of PUFA's
okay i am trying to lowers pufas it is hard because i eat a shit ton of peanut butter a day need to find other low salt but high kcal foods

Peanut butter is brutal in the PUFA aspect, If you're eating it for potassium, try bananas and sweet potatoes instead

no i like it hahaha what is a good high call food, i replaced bread with oatmeal to lower sodium intake

Milk, cheese, juice. And sodium isn't bad, bro. Same thing applies to sugar. It just increases your metabolic rate and nutrition needs.

I am reducing because sodium bloat but maybe i am going to buy potassium pills from myprotein and dose that for special days

ray peat really isn't bringing anything new tbh, apart from his blatant sugar addiction, you don't need that much sugar
He doesn't say to overdose on sugar. He just recommends to keep your protein and sugar ratio 1:1, because protein lowers sugar levels and the body needs sugar to better metabolize protein, if I'm correct.
