Magnesium glycinate 3 g clonidine 200 mg Coca Cola 50 ml aspirin 300 mg salt 0.5 g progesterone 50 mg cyproheptadine 4 mg phenergan 25 ml cbd 100 mg theanine 400 mg zolpidem 5 mg ( if all else doesn’t work) eating bulk of calories near night morning and evening sunlight 10-20 minutes each , lots of walking , tossex syrup 10 ml.
