My sobering body measurements

I weighed myself at 288 lbs. (I have lost some weight because I was over 300 lbs last November !)

I decided to get my true measurements and it wasn't good

Here:
Waist: 41 inches
Chest: 52 inches
Hips: 47 inches
Neck:18 inches
Wrist: 8 inches

When I calculate my bf % it says I'm 30% body fat with those measurements. But even if that were true, I'm morbidly obese! Oh Lord please help me.
