what does selenium, silica and quercetin do?

Selenium is an essential component of various enzymes and proteins, called selenoproteins, that help to make DNA and protect against cell damage and infections
Silica is an important trace mineral that provides strength and flexibility to the connective tissues of your body — cartilage, tendons, skin, bone, teeth, hair, and blood vessels. Silica is essential in the formation of collagen, the most abundant protein found in your body.
Quercetin belongs to a group of plant pigments called flavonoids that give many fruits, flowers, and vegetables their colors. Flavonoids, such as quercetin, are antioxidants. They scavenge particles in the body known as free radicals which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death.
Quercetin also functions as a zinc ionophore to prevent viral infections.

MSM
Conclusion: This study indicated that MSM is effective in reducing visual signs of skin ageing even at a low dose of 1 g/d.

also i think glucosamine lowers igf production so it might be bad for bones

u forgot to mention water bro.

That study was using like 20x the human equivalent normal dose in rats. I'm taking just 750mg, half the recommended 1500. Diminishing returns on everything.

You seem lately taking actions and not rotting here what's your routine and progress yet

lowered igf is both good and bad. while igf is good for cell turnover, there's a theory that high igf levels are responsible for a shorter lifespan because your body goes through more stress for making more cells

You should also take 5-10,000mcg of biotin for skin and hair benefits if you aren't prone to acne. I can't take it though because it causes cystic acne on my back.

Years ago when I took it

Why iron? Are you vegetarian?
I just take 10mg because I don't think it can hurt to have higher hemoglobin and more oxygenated organs.

So one a day multi-vitamins are poisoning us?

Get some surgery already.

So one a day multi-vitamins are poisoning us?
Multi-vitamins but also food you eat, air you breath, water you drink, vaccines, EMF from ~technology, TV you watch, esoteric satanic rituals are that toxic all by design.

So anything that's going mainstream should be appraised eg. fish oil, multi-vitamins...
