Well that sounds like a good idea, but i dont wanna get a trainer just for that. Right now I just take a dumbbell, lay on a bench, put the dumbell on my forehead and lower my head down off the edge of the bench and back up. If you’re really worried about it, I would literally just invest in a $10 heat pad off Amazon and then laid on your neck before you go and do your curls so you have every muscle looser than if you just warmed up naturallyWell that sounds like a good idea, but i dont wanna get a trainer just for that.
