I have been doing 3 x 50 neck curls with 5 kg and now 10 kg weights for a little bit over a month. I notice that my neck is clearly wider than now. I haven't measured it at all, but visually it is obvious. Not sure if it has improved my SMV or not, but it really seems that my neck responds well to training.

Soon my neck is wider than my jaw - is that too much?

should be as wide as your jaw ideally

Is this true? I'm at that point right now I think. Maybe I could add just a little bit of width.

I mean in all these morphs the neck is never wider than the jaw

I guess soon I stop training my neck or decrease the volume. My neck is approximately as wide as my jaw now, just needs to be a little bit wider.

Do I have to train my neck every now and then to maintain results?
 
I stopped training neck my neck is almost 1:1 to jaw

What do you think, do we have to maintain neck gains by training neck occasionally or can you just stop training neck completely?
I am only 1 month in with neck training ( and i am bulking till december so guranteed bigger neck hahaha :p

the minimum is that it is the width of the jaw. the ideal is for it to pass a bit of the mandible (little, if it doesn't look Neanderthal

minimum is equal to jaw, ideal is slightly wider than jaw.

Im also neckmaxxing along with gymaxxing
It does work but its a slow progress...Im sure my neck is wider now, but still not by much, anyways its been just 2 months tho, gotta keep going

should equal jaw width, if your neck is smaller than your jaw width like me you will look bloated

i think a tiny bit wider than jaw is ideal

because when u get really lean you lose some neck width so having it wider than neck while ur bulking or higher than a low bf is good imo

Actually, I was also asking for general comments about neck training, not just specific advice. Tagged you because if I recall correctly you are training your neck.
