Not much you can do with height. The few things that can help with height have to be done at a young age. So it’s likely that by the time they’re on this forum, it’s already too late

tbh i've been heightmaxxing since like 14 lol, but from 14-16 its been w cope otc supplements but i have gained like 4.75inches while being below avg bone age for my age, heightmaxxing imo isnt cope especially if u got lower natural production of things like igf 1

doctor predicted I'd be 5'8 when i was like 12 lmfao, im 5 11.75 - 6ft now and i turned 16 3 weeks ago. But bc most of my heightmaxxing from 14-15 was probably cope it was just natural growth (My dad is 5 10.5 but has stunted growth from malnutrition n drugs during growth, my mom is 5 7 but shes the shortest one in her family by far, all other females are 5 9). Hoping for 187-188cm atleast with aromasin and peptides + mk677.

doctor height prediction is complete cope, just look at your family and your bone age. someone can go thru precocious puberty and be 6 foot at 13 and predicted to be 6 8 by the pediatric growth charts, but they won't grow anymore cuz they got precocious puberty and vice versa w late bloomers.

Hows your dating life and what PSL are you? Man definitely 5'9" mogger face slays but being 5'5" seems really brutal. I met a 5'5" gymcel with a Normie face at my gym and he said he still struggles to get laid JFL. But I'm 5'9" and gymcelling has definitely helped..

I'm facially HTN or maybe chadlite if frauded enough my main recipe for success is being a Swede in the medeteranian, blue eyes and dark blonde hair are seen as exotic and rare. I am not a slayer but I did have my way with two girls before (I'm 17), they were quite short (5' and 5'3) but a girls height is my last concern

I also go to Sweden anually for visting relatives and trust me, I am nothing special in Sweden, not only I get height mogged into oblivion my face is considered average/slightly above average there
