Things like aspartame and acesulfame K gives me cystic acne (the most fucked up) I discovered that since i was chewmaxxing and face exploded, also it gave me psoriasis. When i cut that shit from my diet (EVERYTHING THAT SAYS "NO SUGAR") everything went away

Then i did my research and i found out that its the worst shit ever, dont come to me with that shit saying that its safe because the FDA says so, come on dude...

If you want to learn more about fucked up things in our diet i recommend you search it in spanish. Also pls dont be so naive to watch coca cola videos...

If you knew spanish you could read the history of it in a video, basically it is the most researched artifitial sweetener (over 150studies) and the ones that are independent say is harmful. I dont want to link all of them tbh

aspartame is poison for gut bacteria
as is sucralose

Just use single ingredient list products, i had to make room in the freezer today so took some frozen lasagnas, mussakas and whatever and the digestion was hell and so was the rest of the day.

Btw, what about sucralose?

Artificial sweeteners also rape your metabolism supposedly

My grandparents never use sugar and I drank a fucking bottle every single day, lived with them for 1.5 years 💀

They are always anxious, raging, cursing and complaining, and it's getting worse by the day, and so quick that even our immediate family is starting to avoid even calling them, because their bad moods are contagious

That's what you get for being a TV Zombie, taking lots of vaccines for everything imaginable, eating well-done/burned meat, drinking aspartame every day, eating your veggies and leaves, adding gargantuan amounts of salt to your seasons and putting more of it on the plate, eating pepper, garlic, onions and cooking oils by the fucking carload, being too hygienic etc

The good side is that they continue raw butter, raw milk, eggs and the vegetables are organic, but she boils the fucking milk every single time she's going to drink it, also the eggs are never eaten raw

I tried helping but, for them, I'm just a delusional dropout nobody, now that I ascended they are trying to get closer, even after kicking me out after standing up to their abuse during one of his outbursts lol

They bash people who drink beer, but if they drank more alcohol it would help to dissolve all the toxic, undigested cooked fat but no, they are "pious catholics", too perfect to do mere mortals stuff...

It's a good fucking riddance, to be honest. Deceitful backstabbers deserve to get insane, ya know? 🤭
