In Brazil, most people are mixed and there are people every step of the way from black to white.

Back in middle school, we were answering government demographic forms to make statistics and stuff. When it came down to checking which race you are, there were 3 main categories, white, pardo and black. Pardo is basically in the middle, so like, tannish brown.

Every white person said they were white, half of pardos coped that they were white, only the darkest ones that were closer to being black accepted they were pardos.
