I'm not trying to copy @Afrikancel, but I'm 100% fucking sure A LOT of us here is aspie/neurotic/highinhib w/e. or due to following:
- fucked up gut flora with bad bacteria (affects brain, autism, adhd and a lot of other shit like crazy)
- chronic deficiencies like vitamin D, b12, omega3 and other vitamins
- metabolic damage, inability to properly metabolise certain carbs/proteins - > gut flora inbalance, deficiencies
- overactive dopamine receptors caused by quick-reward sources (fapping, vidya, forum notifications etc.)
- undiagnosed food intolerances or sensitivities, inability to process certain things at all
Supplements are good, but sometimes you can have damaged gastrointernal things that make you not absorb nutrients properly at all. Like it doesn't matter if you supplement it orally or eat "high vitamine foods" you just dont absorb shit. For example: If you are sensitive to gluten (not necessarily outright allergic) and you've been eating gluten (may not have a lot of symtomps, just like minor bloat and skin issues), then your b12 absorbtion could be altered leading to nerve damage, brain issues, brain fog, autism etc. This is just an example, there are lots of other things.
I'm gonna start digging into this and possibly get gastrointernal testing, stool test, SIBO test, parasite testing. Metabolic system => growth = everything.
