Some observations I made on typical 16 degrees Celcius British "summer" days throughout July-early August:
- South Asians, Middle Easterners, Southeast Asians, and black people were more likely to wear autumn/winter clothing (e.g. winter coat or leather jacket, jeans and jumper),
- White Northern Europeans and Northeast Asians were more likely to wear thin summer clothing (e.g. shorts, t-shirts tank tops), with white Northern Europeans exposing the most skin/wearing the thinnest clothing,
- I wore a long-sleeved warm jumper and jeans for comparison
- Everyone is wrapped up regardless of race,
- There are more South Asians, Middle Easterners, Southeast Asians and black people in hospital clinics with the flu during winter, than white Northern European or northeast Asian people
- My nose tends to be runny and I sneeze often
