Sort of understood but basically im a unit so it won't take long for me to fix myselfThat's weak. I run 10 minutes every gym day and I take it like a champ. I even did giga heartattack mode 10km/h sprint for 10 minutes straight.
I noticed big improvement with time. Firdt time on gym I was dying at that treadmill. Now it's easy mode.Sort of understood but basically im a unit so it won't take long for me to fix myself
AgeDamn whenever I do stairmaster at 120 steps pm it feels like I'm gonna die but my heart rate is only 180 is that bad?
Its different though g because stairs is different to running on a treadmill
