This guy literally had downward growth and still has it even though you can't see it anymore. Implants and fillers are retarded. They just mask the problem, and don't actually get rid of it. His nose looks like a le happy merchant because he is also severely recessed.

His side profile improved but he legit looks way worse from the front. He fucked his harmony with those oversized bulky implants. I don't know if its because they're wider than his cheekbones or if its because of his thin neck but it just looks comical.
