I went from 484 to 755 in about a year while not leaving my room, not working out, and not doing any sports or even seeing the sun. All I did was take vitamin d 3. Raised my levels from 22 to 66. I'm guessing my t are around 800 now since I kept taking d3. D 3 deficiency can fuck t up along with sedentary lifestyle
