Let me make this very very clear. Only a white man has the privilege of being treated as an individual. Period. It doesn't matter how much of psychopaths they are, it doesn't matter how many schools they shoot up. They are always and I mean always treated and judged on an individual and their actions don't get mirrored and extrapolated to everyone of their race this only happens with ethnics.

As an ethnic minority you're not seen as an individual you represent your entire group. One wrong move and it confirms every prejudice people already have. Meanwhile, white people are judged independently. They can be ugly, sloppy, rude, or clueless and no one assumes it reflects on their whole race. Ethnics don't get that privilege.
