Only women have given me job offers after an interview

I've only ever been offered jobs from women. I've had like five 'real' jobs in my life and every single time I was interviewed, the panel consisted of women..Naturally I'm cautious as only a man can understand another man.

I even had an interview today which went quite well with two women. As we was ending the call she made a Freudian slip and said 'when we offer you the job - sorry IF we offer you the job please let us know in 48 hours'. I've been interviewed by all men panels as well and they never hired me and 9/10 out of ten when I look on LinkedIn to see who actually got the job it's always a foid

Just FYI these women tend to be middle aged. In fact nearly every single one was. Oh and one bald lesbian in her 20s.
