What's considered the best range of caloric surplus to avoid facial fat gain, thus gaining weight, mass, and muscle, but without having the negative effects of aesthetic fat on the jaw, neck, cheeks, etc.?
(I know it depends on genetics, but I also believe there's an optimal value, so as not to overdo it.)
