Your parents are annoying because they perceive you as a failure, either consciously or subconsciously, and are unhappy with the way you're living your life. Lose weight and start accomplishing things in your life that they can brag about and they'll be happier and probably start giving you money instead of nagging you. Your parents are only human, and as humans they really don't truly love you unless you have value.
