Abos and blacks if I recall correctly are the farthest part two groups of humans have ever been recorded to be genetically. Other than both sharing a similar skin colour and being somewhat similarly stupid they don't really share anything in common. Abos are their own group entirely and if there's any group they at all resemble it would be the Dravidians and even that's a stretch

In most cases they are mixed/triracial.
