I actually used to be this person, my diet was soo fucking shit as a child and teenager, I remember going on holidays where literally all I would eat was chicken nuggets and fries. I’d literally eat fast food nearly everyday.

Now as a 19 year old, I can safely say I am very disciplined with my diet. It’s funny because you can easily find copers on Reddit who blame their parents for raising them with a poor diet, which somehow means they are destined to be obese.
