To the max, i have saved up as well. Im doing part time so I can looksmaxx and live out my dream i can probably afford 1 surgery and roids. I know I may not ascend but at least I know before I die I tried.

i would fix the jaw first. i would say implant but i think there are better choices like surgery i dont know about
