What is the context in which she got raped? If she went to a party, got drunk and then got "raped" I would brutally divorce her and call her father a degenerate for raising such a whore.

If she got raped and wasn't asking for it then I'd probably kidnap the guy, break his kneecaps/arms/gouge his eyes/cut off his nose/burn his nose/cut off his arms and legs/deafen him/leave him without all senses.
