U don't inject ur delt, its a small muscle, easy tp fuck up. The outside of your thigh, properly disinfect with alcohol or you will get infection/pain/fever.



U might feel numbing. Always inject the same quad, it will get used to it. I remember it was really painful for me the first injection i couldnt sleep on that side. But musles got used to it and i learned proper clean technique

doucette recommends shoulders or glutes, some people (maybe greg included) have specifically said to avoid thighs but i will look into it.
